Shipping Information

    AmeriScreen uses UPS (a trusted name in shipping) to ensure the best shipping and easy tracking of your order. This will make your purchase with us as pleasant and smooth as possible. We charge the following rates for shipping :
  • under $201.01 - 20%
  • $201.01 to 999.98 - 15%
  • $999.99 and up - 10%
    An additional fee will be added for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

    We reserve the right to raise product cost & shipping percentages, if our material cost or cost of mailing and handling change, or any due to changes beyond our control.

How are International orders shipped?

    An additional fee will be added for shipping to Canada as well as other countries outside of the the U S. Call for shipping rate quotes outside the United States.

What is your Backorder Policy?

    A backorder occurs when an item that you ordered is not available in any of our warehouse locations.

    You will be advised via e-mail or by phone of any item that is on backorder. If you wish to contact Customer Service, you may do so at: 206.957.3522.

    You will receive a credit back though Paypal if you decide to cancel the order, before item is shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

     AmeriScreen accepts returns on merchandise from clients within 14 days from the receipt date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to AmeriScreen on returned items, unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by AmeriScreen. Returns within 14 days from receipt date. can be for exchange, refund or credit at AmeriScreen's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST be 100% complete and unopened, containing ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

     Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping costs for returned merchandise, will be paid for by the customer. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by AmeriScreen. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by standard U.S.P.S. Parcel. No express returns will be authorized, without prior approval by AmeriScreen.

     AmeriScreen strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged and is insured, save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify AmeriScreen immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to AmeriScreen within 14 days from the receipt date, at AmeriScreen's discretion for exchange or credit.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by AmeriScreen within 14 days from the receipt date (at AmeriScreen's discretion for credit or exchange). All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
